Team Rehab uk has evolved from handpicking the best local therapists and as a result has developed an enviable reputation in a relatively short period of time. As we expand and move in to new areas however we are always looking to find new and exciting therapists whom we have been unaware of before. Is this you?
Our clinics offer a place of friendliness, ambition and support to those that wish to help us deliver the best rehabilitation in the region. This does not come free of charge however and we expect unquestionable loyalty, long-term dedication and the drive to work as a flexible & coherent team member rather than an individual that is just out for themselves - you will come unstuck very quickly if not and we are not the place for you! To reward those who share our beliefs and ambitions we offer excellent employment opportunities and security with pension contributions, paid holiday, an annual CPD allowance, Weekly in house CPD (for those working above certain hours per week) and perhaps most importantly we feel, a place where you will feel valued and a place where excellence is rewarded.
Currently we only employ chartered physiotherapists but if you feel you can offer something else then feel free to send us your details. We will consider every CV on their own merit and how we feel they would compliment the team already in place.
We are all very keen advocates of education and learning so we would love to hear from those individuals who have the eagerness to learn. As such we have posts equivalent to Band 6/7 physiotherapists available (seniors) who have in excess of 5 years of MSK outpatient specific experience. No CV's will be considered without this so please do not apply. You must be able to prove the ability to think laterally to problem solve where others may give up or take the easy road, showing evidence of significant post graduate learning and how this has molded you as a therapist. Our interview process is not easy. We have worked very hard to gain the trust of our clients so immaculate interpersonal and communication skills are vital alongside the ability to make each client feel like they are highly valued, have your undivided care and attention for that session and can be empathetic to one client but highly motivational to the next. Rehabilitation is about the client first and there are no concessions with that at Team Rehab uk.
If you think you can add strength and depth to our Team then please do send us your up to date CV with a short foreword to give us a clear understanding as to why you would like to join our time and why you are looking to leave your current role to chris@teamrehab.uk
Many thanks and we look forward to seeing a few of you in the future.
